| My husband and I bought our first home in Charlottesville, summer of 2008. Our Realtor, Dawn Cromer was fantastic in her efforts to meet our unique needs as home buyers. I highly recommend Dawn Cromer to any current home buyer in the greater Charlottesville area. My husband and I have very different schedules and sometimes have a difficult time even seeing each other in a 24-hour time period. Dawn was extremely accommodating to our needs and often met us at odd hours. Many times she came to our home at nine, ten, or even eleven pm to sign paperwork, because it is what fit us. She became familiar to our lifestyle and worked with us to get the job done. Dawn is very easily accessible through email or phone. Often I would email her during my lunch break and hear back from her within minutes. When I would call/email with questions regarding a potential home she would have the information or appointment set-up within hours. Dawn and I were in constant communication throughout our home-buying process. Keller Williams Realty also has a website that you can fill in your search criteria and make notes on different homes as you visit them. Dawn helped explain this process to us and kept us informed of any changes in price, ownership, etc of any property. We had a great experience with Dawn!
